• Leading a team of five mechanical site engineers and handling tasks between them
• Responsible for reviewing excusive shop drawing and handling with site
requirements.
• Preparing all kinds of reports including project progress data sheet, material submittals and material Q.S.
• Perform the tasks of assisting project manager and senior engineers in designing HVAC and Plumbing
Systems for commercial projects.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating with the design phases of HVAC engineering work.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all Subcontractors.
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality
of works performed.
Ensure the daily pm plan for the diesel generators in sites (Mobinil project).
Making the corrective maintenance for the needed sites and installing new units.
Follow up problems by phone after work.
