i am the first man under the production manger
-make the production plane and plane haw to achive it
-trace the loading of the machine and work to reduce its time
-draw designs for new products and make the process of production
-update the process time for each product and work haw to reduce it
-evaluate the performance of the workers and the machines
- work on haw to reduce the scrap
-time management for all process (productive and non productive)
-tools and materials consumption and trace the safe stock
-cooperating with the quality to get the best quality
