• Implementation of Lean/Six Sigma tools across the organization. • Identification and implementation of the Corporate Governance Manual and roll out of same. • Management of the restructure of organizational structure and reporting lines across the organization. • Review of organizational culture and implement policies, procedures and practices in-line with Owners strategic goals. • Design and implementation of a strategic planning and performance monitoring solutions across the organization. • Review of production, logistics, storage and sales performance including practices and design improvement projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. • Establish human resources policies, procedures and practices including recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development. • Create a meeting culture for Executive Committees and Management Committees allowing the review of current business performance including strategic reviews. • Facilitate the development of a 3, 5, 10-year strategic plan for the group of companies and Owner assets. • Transform the corporate culture to the new desired corporate culture ensuing all employees are aware of the new roles, responsibilities and organizational structure.
