1- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost 2-Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. 3-Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties. 4-Update and maintain recipes into the systems (FMC) 5-Check and verify voids in the POS systems 6-Check and verify discounts on the POS systems. 7-Check and verify all complimentary sales in POS systems. 8-Check and verify for any lost postings. 9-Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget 10-Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded 11-Check the restaurant and bar checks on daily. 12-Check the complimentary and confirm that all are approved. 13-Daily Import of Micros Sales to Materials Control system. 14-Responsible for linking the articles and Recipes in Material Control. 15-Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management. 16-Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets. 17-Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales. 18-Participate in stock taking at the restaurants
19-Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality 20-Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head 21-Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe 22-Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B. 23-Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons 24-Maintain the security of the information held by the department. 25-Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems. 26-Doing the payments for all F & B suppliers Monthly 27-Revise all the invoices which came from restaurants after they received from suppliers 28-Responsible for F & B Purchasing and compare the items between different suppliers by low cost and high quality 29-Controlling the stores in coordination with the store keeper

A- Overseeing deliveries of items by suppliers and check orders to ensure that they are getting what they have requested and that the company is being charged properly.
B- Ensure that orders are fulfilling company needs.
C- Make sure that food is not being wasted and that they have enough products to meet needs of menus and meet with chefs to discuss portion control.
D- Meet periodically with management to present analyses and reports regarding inventory.
E- Use office software to track the amount of foods and beverages ordered and amounts used, as well as cost, and show management where money can be saved.
F- Work with project managers to implement new processes and record progress and provide finance reports to a financial controller or manager.
G- Responsible for overseeing the performances of bay receiving employees who unload deliveries and verify accuracy of orders and ensure that the employees are using best practices for safety.
H- Make sure that the employees are adhering to internal and external policies and regulations regarding food handling.
I- Responsible for purchasing F&B items from different Suppliers and from outside
J- Daily Recording the invoices of the suppliers on Material Control System
K- Doing the recipes for all the Restaurant New menu on MC System
