I am Responsible for 600 employee
End to end processing of company payrolls monthly.
Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning
system.
Liaising with staff and management on payroll
related queries.
Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in
relation to overtime and shift allowances etc.
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory
obligations.
Payroll administration.
Calculation and processing of termination
payments.
Have good knowledge and experience in all
functional related payroll and time management in
JD Edward
Prepares final processing for termination including
related calculation, end of service Payments
according to the labor law.
Collect all work schedule from the area managers for
all employees and maintain in system
Check all time sheet for all employees who are
negative working time or positive working time
Entering all leave of absence and sickness in system
for all employees
Follow up the workflow system for absence type
Check all overtime list based on time sheet and
entering in system
creat reports for all employees on vacation and
contact with managers regarding coming back or
not
Help for entries new file and all payroll activitie
Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
Assisting Administration Manager with month end
consolidation.
Reconciling payroll related GL accounts.
