Following project progress based on base line.
Following shop drawings production to be in line with site progress.
Following material procurement to be in line with site progress.
Follow manpower curves to match site progress requirements.
Follow site deficiency trackers and rectify all deficiencies.
Follow snag tracker and rectify all snags.
Check look ahead program and assure all material, drawings and tolls are available.
Hold progress and coordination meetings with different concerned parties to identify any obstacles and solve it.
Check clashes with other activities, raise it to technical office with proposals that match site conditions.
Keep my management updated with site progress, probability of any unexpected delays due to material delivery.
Coordination between our firm and our client.
Preparation of contractual letters from our firm or for our client to project client. Preparation of weekly progress production of shop drawings.
Revising material submittals before sending to project consultant for review.
Preparation of proposals and RFI on site that suites site conditions.
Preparation of coordinated shop drawings between MEP activities.
Attend technical/ coordination/progress meeting and give technical advice on behalf of our client.
Preparation of highlighted drawings and estimation of work affected due to receiving of engineer/client instructions that will be attached to variation order requests.
Production of shop drawing for all systems fully coordinated with other mechanical trades.
Revising of material submittals according to project specs.
Preparation of reports for monthly progress and estimated dates for shop drawing submission.
Attending progress/ Technical meetings.
Preparation of RFIs regarding contradictions between design drawings/ clarifications for unclear information.
Coordinating with the consultant for technical issues to reduce the needed time for shop drawing production to assure the best quality and to be in line.

Study the Project Scope of Works in Technical aspects.

Taking off the quantity of electrical system such as cables, wires, cable trays and trunks, bus bars, light fittings and all the wiring accessories.
Preparing necessary calculations for the load schedules and revising power riser diagrams for required modifications/alternations.
Handling of Associated Engineering Works including Procurement, Shop Drawing Preparation and Material Submittals
Ensure the strict compliance with necessary authority’s requirements and liaise with respective parties for authority approvals.
Liaise with the Contractor and Consultant for required coordination for all the related works.
Coordination with internal parties such as logistics, QA/QC and Planning for proper and timely achievement of project activities.
Handling of project close out submittals including Operational & Maintenance Manuals as well as other necessary obligations such as training, guarantees.
