1. Work on Routers (Cisco, Juniper), Switches (Cisco, Brodcaid), DSLAMs (Alcatel, Huawei), EFM, Modems (Layer1, 2 and 3), WiMax Solution, Aruba Soltion

2. Troubleshoot CST problem from PE to CE either is line down, flapping, packet loss, Speed problem, WiMax, Aruba, 3G.

3. Handle technical issues of any complexity with minimal need for supervision or assistance

4. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 Provide Administrator service to call center solutions through Elastix, Drishti and Genesis systems.

 Install server for VOIP solutions.

 Troubleshoot all network issues.

 Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.

 Provide individual training and support on request. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.

 Troubleshoot all technology issues. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.

 Install work stations. Connect and set up end point hardware. Load all required end point software.

 Input and maintain IP addresses from the pool dedicated to
end points.

 Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident levels that are related to Product and Customer problems.

 Ensure that the Help Desk actively participates in improving the usability and reliability of services.

 Identify and implement improvements to the Help Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers.

 Ensure that the Help Desk is fully using appropriate knowledge management tools and practices in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers.

 Contribute to the success of the business and assist in improving the overall customers experience within the team.

 Meet goals and KPIs as set by the IT Manage and IT Director. Any other duties as assigned by management.

*Technical Support Network Engineer

 Responsible for 1st line support and troubleshooting all technical problems related to Routers, Switches, Servers, Access Points and ADSL routers.

 Monitor the internet status of the lines through monitoring tools.

 Handle all client’s complaints and immediately work to rectify all issues.

 Follow up on all client’s complaints being addressed by other teams and update the clients accordingly.
