Divisional purchasing for Cash in Transit, Manpower guarding, facilities management, Events team and Electronic Security Solutions business
Direct Purchasing of materials, equipment and services
Indirect Purchasing of goods, materials and services related to IT hardware and software, Capital, equipment, Administration, Telephony, Courier, Marketing & Media
Strategic Planning, budgeting of Annual Purchase in line with the Finance compliances
Promoting maximum collaboration between internal and external stake holders
Strategic Focus on key deliverables like cost, quality, service, risk and delivery
Manage departmental P&L and oversee dead stock reductions
Short term and Long term Contracts negotiation and agreements to obtain ROI
Risk assessment, analysis and mitigation
Encouraging best procurement practices in line with the Company’s Policies
PO approvals, payment allocations to suppliers in line with the DoA and assisting Accounts manage the cash flow
Engaging with Tendering team for Commercial Bids and Compliances fulfillment
Supplier evaluations, audits and SRM
Forecasting levels of demand for goods and services
Scheduling, Supply Planning, Inventory Costs analysis, Stock Rotation, Inventory Efficiency, Stock Structure, Ageing/Obsolete Stock reduction and accurate data analysis and reporting to the Finance and Group Company
Perform recruiting tasks, train, develop and lead the team performance
Broader spectrum of Purchasing including the standard purchasing activities plus development of tools and activities, engaging with corporate team in France for further innovative and cost-effective solutions to be deployed for purchasing team.
