Prepare Budget of Human Resources operations.
- Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Prepare and follow up implementation of Manpower plan.
- Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, , and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
- Prepare and Conduct Recruiting Policies and Procedure.
- Prepare training plan and budget according to training need analyses (TNA).
- Prepare Summer training plan for Student with official deal with universities.
- Execute Training programs according to training plan externally and internally
- Review and develop organization structure and reporting system.
- Execute Restructure of chart for 2 Main departments
- Create new retention and social activities for all company
- Handles the recruitment and selection process including the development of job advertisements, sourcing, and screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates. (White collars & Blue collars).
- Attend Job Fairs of Blue and White collars
¬- Training coordinates training, orientation sessions, and team building events
- Conduct employee orientation programs
- Assist and coordinate at training programs
- Assist in implementation Performance Management System.
