- E‑commerce and e‑business solutions of Magrabi.com (owned by Magrabi company operating in 5 countries in the Middle East), the
MENA region joint project of NTT Data Business Solutions Turkey and NTT Data Business Solutions Dubai and Carrefour project that, providing analysis, consultancy, design, and implementation
using SAP Hybris and SAP ERP.
- Requirement and technical analysis of business units and 3rd parties, and transfer and follow‑up of analyzed requests to the software team,

- Using MS SQL, doing technical analysis, data visualization, creating tables, view, script and stored procedures,
- Working with Agile methodology in all product creation,
- Development, Testing, and Maintenance processes,
- Tracking tasks using JIRA and Confluence,
- Using web service tools such as Postman, SOAP, and WSDL with XML information,
- Assist with the development and execution of detailed system and user acceptance test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing,
- Creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designing business models by using UML diagrams,
- Making requirements and technical analyzes and preparing user guides
- Supporting the planning of the software lifecycle (SDLC) and software test lifecycle (STLC) processes in the company that produces financial software products,
- Supporting software product development processes, software tests and analysis processes by applying Agile Methodologies (Scrum),
- Preparing the user manuals of the developed products,
- Drawing business flow chart,
- Creating a relational database using SQL for incoming data and visualizing the data using Tableau,
- Following up work effectively using JIRA and Confluence
Working at the Confucius Institute, which was established in Yeditepe University;
