Responsible for Planning, implementation and monitoring the operational strategy.
Set goals and objectives for stores in my area
Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
Recruit and hire new store employee
Train and onboard new employees
Set up and monitor store KPIs
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
Deal with customers’ complains
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
Seek opportunities to increase sales and duly communicate ideas to the Operations director . Effectively oversee the implementation all new tactics and ideas shared by the operations director through the restaurant managers and the store team, to increase sales as well as guest satisfaction.

• Prepare schedules for all personnel according to the forecast and within the manning guide, to ensure adequate manpower is available at all times.
• Conduct regular training sessions and evaluate the performance of team members; shortlist potential employees for development or internal promotions. Conduct yearly/ quarterly performance appraisal and performance reviews and prepare development plans and improvement plans for the all individual team members.
• Liaise with the Restaurant General Manager on all activities related to MIS reporting (like LFL, product costing, outlet food costing, budgeting and P &L).
• Monitor Stock quantity and quality constantly by liaising with suppliers, providing feedback. Review product manuals and samples of potential new suppliers and recommend them to the operations manager. Lead the efforts of cost control by ensuring orders are thoroughly reviewed, and expiry tracking is regularly done.
• Ensure quality of food served is at an optimum by constantly reviewing product preparation standards, portion control, raw product quality, hygiene standards and food safety controls within the kitchen and the storage areas.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in conducting food analysis, menu engineering, inventory control.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales, by conducting competitors visit, keeping a sound knowledge of developments happening in an around the area and being proactive in implementing newer ideas.
• Ensuring all shift managers, team leaders are effectively reinforcing the company policies to all team members on a daily basis. Regularly updating them through weekly meetings to pass on important communication from higher management.
• Handle the welcoming and seating of arriving guests and approach customer to take feedbacks on service quality. Resolve complaints swiftly and take corrective actions at the earliest to avoid similar complaints in future.
• Device new incentive schemes to encourage team members to perform better and eventually increase revenues for the store.
• Oversee the induction and training of all new employees by constantly following up on training schedules with the trainees and the team trainers instore. Provide them feedback and also beiong a part of the whole program by actively taking the lead in group role plays for new employees to better understand the working culture of the company.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall implementation of all company SOP’s and strict adherence of it by the entire team. Also set an example of impeccable behavior for the entire team .
• Successfully running a team of 85 employees along with the Restaurant Manager which includes 5 shift managers and 79 Team members, in the busiest outlet of the brand in U.A.E.
