•Installation of Ventilation Equipment, Ducting provision for fresh air, Exhaust Fans.

•PM RM, CM of HVAC systems, planning, scheduling, work flow follow up troubleshooting in min. time.
• Maintenance of Ducts, VAV’s, FCU’s ACU’s & ensure that proper flow and temperature is maintained.
•Material Managements, Variable cost control, breakdown analysis and reliability of machines on project.
•Piping Inspection, QA AC for assets and components (Schedule 40 CS Pipe).
•Worked as an acting Audit Inspector for MEP services in the campus for a period of time.
•Work permits Receiver, certified person to lead a team & carry out the maintenance work.
•Copper piping, Pressure testing, Vacuum, Refrigerant charging, Overhauling.
•Attend regular meetings with Project Managers & Construction Managers, Contractors, Consultants, Clients & concerned authorities for progress review.
•Installation, Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance of HVAC Systems.
•To ensure that all installations are operational according to the design specifications & Clients satisfaction.
•Manpower allocation & Supervision, updating work schedules for on-time completion of the project.
