Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline. PLANNING DEPARTMENT

• Preparing of detailed construction shedule. Updating and monitoring progress on weekly basis. • Preparing & issuing of a weekly & monthly progress reports to the client, the consultant, project manager as well as to the company top management.
• Preparing of project resources profile showing the actual VS planned quantities as well as the remaining ones according to the latest updates based on resource allocation to the project schedule.
• Updating the schedule based on changes and actual site productivities so as to recover any delays if any. Preparation of monthly cash flow to the client and project senior management showing the value of work done as well as the value of materials on site as planned, earned value and fore casted values. RESPONSIBILITIES

#act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
#set out, level and survey the site
#check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

#liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
#communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
#day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
#plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
#oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
#prepare reports as required
#resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
