Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu is a key stake holder in government of Saudi Arabia overseeing the building an operation of all major petrochemical industries and its supporting trade partners. Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) is providing the Management and Consultancies Services to Royal commission at Yanbu.
As a part of Contract Management team, the major responsibilities include but not limited to following activities;

Review of all Construction documents for any major discrepancies in accordance with actual site conditions, including any change in contract quantities, assistance in solving the architectural/design/construction issues.
As part of pre-award team member; was responsible in Preparation of Proposal Requests (PR) as per the Engineering Design Requirements, procurement of the required services, which includes compilation of tendering documents (Bidding Process), bid assessment, cost negotiation with vendors, evaluation of value engineering proposals, obtaining the financial approval from higher management and award of contract.
As part of post-award team member; was responsible for preparation of legal and contractual documents such as; Letters of Instructions (LOIs), Contract Change Orders / Modifications, Sub-Contractor Approval, Certificate of Initial and Final Acceptance, and other legal and close-out documents.
Prepares and negotiates cost impacts and schedule changes with Contractor for contract Change Orders / Modifications - as a member of the Construction Negotiation Team
Review of progress and assessment of any schedule impact, approval of completed works for payment purposes and review of Contractor claims.
Maintain comprehensive project/contract history files from inception to completion. Assist Management/Principals in scheduling the tasks and establishing project budget and other financial parameters.
Arranging and participation in all types of co-ordination meetings among internal and external entities such as pre-start meeting, progress meeting commercial negotiation meetings& closeout meetings, to resolve pending issues and have a clear interface within
Worked with all stakeholders in the best interest of Client to minimize the Contractual risks, as recorded/updated periodically on the Risk Register.
Tracking of all Contractual deliverables and milestones, as per agreed terms and Conditions of the Contract, including Conflict Resolution. Demand Forecast Planning. Preparation of Annual Budget
