Credit Desk Analyst: I was selected for the pilot batch to transition the credit desk business to India from USA & was trained, tested & certified on the client site (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp & Infiniti Inc. USA). I had been assigned the job of credit reporting of Nissan & Infiniti customers to respective agencies in the USA.
Best Lean Award I was awarded for the best lean project by Genpact for increasing the department productivity by $300000.00 per annum by re-engineering a business function. Certified Credit Desk Analyst I was the first from Genpact to get certified as a Credit Desk Analyst from the client Nissan Motors Corp & Infiniti Inc. At client site U.S.A. Personality development & Time Management I am trained on personality development and Time management and certified by Genpact. Excalibur Award I was awarded the Excalibur award for achieving all targets within the TAT and performing the assigned task with 100% accuracy by Genpact.
