To maintain and update comprehensive filing system to ensure the efficient management of all the documents.
To handle the segregation, sorting & scanning of the hard copy & electronic documents that need to be maintained for future reference
To provide printing scanning photocopying support & assistance to the employee relations team to ensure excellent support.
To scan & dispatch documents as requested by HR colleagues to ensure required support
To proactively keep welcome kits ready for the new recruits prepare & purchase requisition to ensure that there is no shortage at any given point of time taken for printing.
To enhance better customer interactions by ensuring the promised excellent service standard
To liaise with IT help desk /technicians for fixing issues related to printers.
To liaise with the Archive dept for storage & retrieval of files related through Archive dept to the resigned terminated and retired employers.
To Update maintain staff profiles visa Emirates ID passport details in oracle HRMS System.
To verify & maintain an updated document in employees files for self & their dependents.
