- Resolve Network related calls in HPSM Portal.

- TO ensure standard configurations across all the Network devices, as per respective categories (L2, L3 Switches and WLC's).
- To propose new up-gradation with proper data analysis, for Improvising the Network performance and service efficiency.
- Quarterly ACL review on L3 switches.
- IOS upgrade of all enterprise wireless controllers
- Up-gradation of Wireless Planning and survey software such as AirMagnet.
