• Responsible for planning, coordination, directing, developing & implementation of Quality Control Program for the projects, as per the projects specification, contract requirements & ISO 9001: 2008 Series/Standards.
• Formulating and maintaining quality control policies, objectives with project execution procedures in cooperation with other Managers to maximize quality and to minimize cost.
• Reporting directly to the managing committee for the effective implementation of quality manual.
• Ensure that work procedures and QC verifying documents, (check lists)conform to the Client specified requirements and devise new QC verifying documents as required for activities not captured by the standard suit of documents;
• Provide quality related technical assistance and code/specification interpretation support to all project personnel and the Construction Contractors as and when required.
• Training the Quality staff & co-ordinate with Project director for training various field staff.

• Responsible for supervising the execution of different activities on site as per project specifications, Approved Quality plan, and International standards.
• Prepare the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to client and management with respect to progress.
• Manage Sub-contractors activities including review and release of payment certificates.
• Control over material and equipments logistics as well as material storage condition.
• Planning and execution of Testing and commissioning activities for all discipline in coordination with head of the departments.
• Initiate work procedures and method statements for various site activities for easy execution.
• Lead the team of Engineers in closing punch list items and hand over of the project.

• Mobilization of manpower, preparation of camp and offices for new projects.
• Responsible for allocation of activities to the supervisors and junior Engineers.
• Control of Sub-contractors activities in accordance with Project specification, contract document including approval of their payment certificate.
• Inspect & supervise all of Civil and finishing work as per drawing & Specification within the tolerances in coordination with the Quality team.
• Preparing the work Schedule and take-off bill of Quantity for civil activities.
• Initiate materials order placement, fallow up on deliveries, inspections and stacking in co ordination with site engineers, logistic and Quality team.
• Assist the Engineering team for material submittals, client approvals, sample room setup, for various project materials.
