PROJECT MANAGEMENT / COORDINATION
Supervision and management of:
 A variety of master planning, engineering and transportation projects- right from initial data collection, analysis, and planning/design to preparation of implementation strategy, phasing plans, devising regulatory tools and governance mechanism;
 Overseeing the management and technical production of plans, studies and other supporting documentation for the various levels of plans and their implementation within the project;
 Monitoring and administering deliverable schedules, contents, and quality control of project deliverables required to fulfill the project ‘Terms of Reference’, and compliance with other contract terms;
 Giving presentations to higher authorities, planning committees and other high level management on various projects; work with different stakeholders during all stages of the project;
 Preparation of complete, master planning and urban design and transportation/infrastructure and engineering contracts for key national/regional/city level projects; including the scope of work, market feasibility study scope and schedule; Contract reviews and negotiations with different parties involved;
 Implementation including design evaluation, project program planning and coordinating with consultants/contractors for execution of different projects.

URBAN PLANNER/ URBAN DESIGNER / ARCHITECT
 Preparation of complete planning studies including planning guidelines, research updates and policy reviews/recommendations on various short and long-range projects including transportation/infrastructure and community development projects;
 Worked as part of a team of technical professionals for the two landmark and first of its kind in India, ‘Delhi Metro Rail Transit System’ projects. Involved in the station design for Tis Hazari and ISBT metro stations;
 Worked as Project Manager (Planning) and Senior Planner/Designer on Doha BRT project- the first of its kind project in gulf. Role included studying planning feasibility and preparing urban and architectural design including station designs;
 Worked as a lead Architect and Urban Designer on a variety of projects from mixed urban development, water front and marina, office complexes, recreational, shopping and commercial spaces, landscaping, restoration, institutions, office interiors, large and small villas. Responsible for preparation of design scheme, presentations, working/shop drawings, client meetings and related tasks. Also, site supervision for some of these projects;
 Senior Partner Architect for designing the award winning commercial urban design complex. Senior Partner for the Urban Design of two large scale development projects.
