• Serving as the point of contact between the HR manager and the job applicants.
• Keeping proper tracking of employee information; assisting HR managers in recruiting, hiring or training new employees.

• Contacting candidates to discuss live positions, gaining interest and getting email replies.
• Ensuring that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that candidate forms are completed and processed.
• Maintaining data entry or paper filing systems for proper documentation and recording.
• Identifying, generating, nurturing, prospecting, and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities.
• Building and cultivating relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Cold calling customers leads for Google AdWords; inviting them to Google events and digital marketing workshops.
• Handling customer queries, creating new prospects and promoting new product offers using digital channels like email and website.
• Ensuring customers’ needs are met and delivering their desired product promptly.
• Learning the Operations division’s daily operations and identifying Key roles and functions.
• Performing other office duties as assigned.
