Managing and following up with 6 local implementing partners, under “Qudra” project (EU-MADAD Fund) overviewing child protection and GBV program: Technical support for implementing partners on child protection and protection intervention on prevention and response activities, Protection capacity building, coaching and follow up the technical perspective of : psychosocial support activities for children and caregivers, case management, individual protection assistance implementation and make sure they are in line with the international and National standards, following up with local partners targets and budget, protection analysis and reporting, coordination and representation, tool development.
In addition of close follow up and coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs (central and field level) through; weekly meetings, provision of technical support, communication, and coordination with local partners
Managing a team of 14 protection staff (9 field assistants, 5 officers), overviewing the protection
program: child friendly spaces, psychosocial support activities for children and caregivers,
protection monitoring, individual protection assistance, protection mainstreaming, proposal
development, budget follow up, protection analysis and reporting, coordination and

Managing a team of 21 protection staff (14 field assistants, 7 officers), overviewing the protection
program: women safe spaces, child friendly space, child protection and gender based violence
case management, psychosocial support activities for children, caregivers (women and men),
adolescent girls and boys, protection monitoring, case management for persons with specific
needs, individual protection assistance, protection mainstreaming, capacity building for local and
governmental partners, proposal development, budget follow up, protection analysis and
reporting, coordination and representation.
