Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and ensure its dispatch in due time.
Handle business travel arrangements and hotel accommodation for all IFP Lebanon employees.
Provide agreements for office meetings and supervise booking schedule for conference rooms
Support the senior HR Officer on HR personal matter.
Update the HR Strategic Change manager on work activities and perform other related duties as required
Dispatch bills, invoices, or checks when requested by the accounting department.
Establish, develop, maintain and update the filing system for all office management issues at IFP Lebanon and retrieve information from files when needed
Prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expenses reports for the drivers.
Assist drivers in scheduling their daily program in a timely manner and follow up on work results
Supervise maintenance, use, and alteration of office areas, furniture and equipment, including elevators, generators, as well as layout and housekeeping of office facilities.
Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture for all IFP Staff in accordance with company purchasing policies.
Welcoming in-house and walk-in guests

Handling guest complaints
Follow up and courtesy calls/interactions over guest comments and feedback

Preparing end of month reconciliation and financial reports

Responsible for the member's contract subscription & renewals
Greet and welcome guests, check in & check out procedures
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails to the concerned department.
Escort guests to their rooms when needed.
Keep updated records and files for hotel guests on the system.
Take feedback and handling guest complains
Take up other duties as assigned (travel or taxi arrangements, restaurants reservations etc.)
Provide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
Attend the “brief” and act on it
Conduct safety check before flight
Greet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats
Prepare and serve drinks and food to passengers
Present emergency equipment and give instructions
Monitor and secure the cabin regularly
Comply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection
Assist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations
Provide special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc)
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Providing advices about visas or passports
Providing prices and best tickets and airlines deals
Selling holiday packages and insurance
Preparing promotional materials and displays.
