Management of technical issues about Quality Management System, Food Safety and Sustainable Development for Lebanese and Arab companies and Institutions.
• Provision of training for agribusiness professionals about Food Safety (GAP, GHP, GMP, ISO certification, Lab accreditation, etc.) for the different stakeholders of the agribusiness industry (cooperatives, companies, etc.).
• Implementation of Quality and Food Safety Management systems, according to the issue and inquiries of the customers.
• Organization of different workshops for thematic related to food safety
• Participation in a Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) with Booz Allen Hamilton concerning the decision 720/1 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture “Import conditions of Manufactured and Prepared Animal Products”
Mission 1: accrediting the consulting department, according to the norm NF EN ISO/CEI 17020 and the referential RAS (Retail Audit Standards), which is used for auditing the retailers’ food safety procedures.
Mission 2: Maintaining the accreditations of the food microbiology (LAB GTA 59) and the water microbiology (LAB GTA 23), according to the norm NF EN ISO/CEI 17025.
Mission 3: Managing the Quality Assurance system and the Safety System of the CVPA (Documentation, Internal audit, Claims and non-compliance management, Management review).
Mission 4: Implementation of a process approach based on norm ISO 9001.
Training period (6 months): Setting up of the documentation required to accredit the consulting department according to the norm ISO 17020 and the RAS referential
Project (1 day per week, during 4 months). Implementation of Prerequisites (PRP) and Update of HACCP Plan in order to get IFS certification.
Training period of 13 weeks. Update of the HACCP plan, in order to get ISO 22000 certification.
Training period of 3 weeks. Participation in the different activities of the departments of Quality, Production, R&D and Laboratory.
