Preparing HVAC Shop drawings and sectional detail after coordination of Architectural and Structural Drawings.
➢Coordination with false ceiling all MEP Services for HVAC ducting & piping routes.
➢Chillers, Cooling tower foundation detail as per the actual dimension and visit the site to confirm the dimension and other details.
➢Duct static pressure calculation, Duct quantity take off, Duct sizing, Diffuser size selection.
➢Pump Head Calculation, Pipe sizing, Main chillers piping routes, support detail.
➢Making Schematic, isometric and riser HVAC shop drawing.
➢Shop drawing for mechanical room, plant room as per requirements.
➢Shop drawing for KFD and MEW.
➢After finish HVAC installation works to finish the AS Built drawings before closing False Ceiling.
➢HVAC VRF system design calculation, piping arrangements with all accessories and outdoor HP calculation as per load requirements.
Making daily MEP service call reports.
➢Making monthly MEP PPM reports.
➢Arranging all kind of work related to employee.
➢Making Employee All kind of attendance sheet to submit HR.
➢All kind of employee work which related to HR and Administration.
Create the MEP work orders through CAFM software and send the mail to concern person.
➢Attending all kind of Civil, MEP, IT Complain and send it to concern person to finish the problem & fallow up work orders accordingly.
➢Close the MEP work orders through in CAFM software and update in MEP summary.
➢Daily update the MEP col logs hard & soft copy.
➢Update the MEP complain Work Order summary on weekly basis.
