Employee Relations: Managing employee request and issues through
employee services email and assigning each request with the concerned
party.
On-boarding: Responsible for guiding the new hire with on-boarding from the
very first day of the job collecting all the required documents and issuing their
needed access or emails.
Employee Leaves: Updating Employee leaves in SAP system.
HRDF&Tawteen: Registering employees in governmental platforms such as
HRDF or Tawteen as a part of the on-boarding process as well as handling
the communication part between the company and HRDF.
HR Letters: Issue various HR letters as needed by the business or
management like, warning letters, HR contracts, job commencement forms
and appendices.
HR Payroll: Maintaining various payroll records in SAP before the monthly
cut-off date e.g.(Attendance, Business leave expenses, deductions, salary and
incentives..)
Maintain employees fringe benefits and compensation e.g(housing
allowance, schooling, car loans and bank loans...) and issue the needed
approvals letters.

Calculating Employees end of Service. •
Manage all employee visas process for business trips.•
Monitor Employees'attendance and issue the attendance report.•
