Invoicing new customers’ spare parts as per requested order, revising, checking and posting the invoice accordingly.
• Coordinating with store team /maintenance department about delivery of item.
• Issuing receipt and collecting money according to invoice (double check and make sure amount
collected equal to invoice) and making a daily summary and deliver the amount to superiors
• Invoicing new customers after collection Maintenance and DN from maintenance team.
• Invoicing continuous maintenance (yearly customers)
• Tracking receivables and making collection calls (emails, and reconciliations).
• Solving client problems
• Helping accountant II-III with all requirements.
• Coordinating and liaising with CEO and board of directors frequently.
• Coordinating with FM when necessary.
• Daily reporting to finance manager about achieved duty.
• Registration engine serials in Volvo Penta site.
Responsible for turning financial documents into a digital copy.
The day-to-day duties typically include managing and storing files on a computer, raising concerns and issues with the scanning equipment to technicians, and inspecting the quality of output regularly.
Filing paperwork
Answering phone calls.
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and adapting content to suit different channels.
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Facebook and Instagram insights.
Greet and interact with customers.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
Demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
Answer customer’s questions about merchandise.
Assist customers with purchase decisions.
Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
Collect payment using the store point of sale system.
Process returns and exchanges.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Internship :
Greet and interact with customers.
Serve customers by completing account transactions.
Resolve customer complaints.
Training on opening and closing accounts.
