Building Management system (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems.
As BMS project engineer Responsible of:
1. Quotation.
2. Project scheduling.
3. Preparing graphics using the “3D Max” and “Adobe photoshop” softwares.
4. Programming of DDCs using the”Visio” software.
5. Implementing graphics & programs in the “ENVISION FOR BACTALK”software.
6. Site project supervising
7. Integration of 3rd party systems such as Fire, Security etc. with BMS\
8. Testing & commisioning of controllers
9. Training to clients and users on the system and ensuring the proper hand-over
This company provides Design & manufacturing of conveyors & automation equipment. The final year project was a crate distribution system consisting mainly of conveyors and a special system of gates, combiners and diverters.
Training program as an electrical site engineer at the Balamand Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Medical Sciences project (site supervising and as-built drawings for the project).
Training on Airbus A330 & A320 Family.
Observing and learning about the process of designing a transformer.
