Responsible for leading a team and selling products and service to customers. In charge of ensuring that store meets its sales targets and operational goals, all whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
Key functions:
Maintain solid communication and feedback relationship with store manager.
Maintain responsibility for overall financial performance of individual store.
Documented and prepared reports on management and information systems; presented same to manager.
Responsible for achieving individual sales plan and prepares detailed report on audit findings. Drives sales to closure by enthusiastically asking questions and making appropriate product recommendations.
Providing exemplary customer service.
Ensure interior and exterior of store is kept to company standards.
Assist in all store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection and loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required).
Developing and motivating teams to do better.
Identifying staff training needs.
Strengthen the expertise advices of team members to ensure qualitative advices to customers.
Assist to ensure monthly sales target is achieved and that all sales opportunities are maximized.
Consistently provide detailed updates on activities to store Manager.
Handled a customer’s complaints. Providing excellent customer services and enjoyable shopping experiences.
Re-checks customer’s items return/exchange /discount transaction transfer In/out delivery and inventory stocks.
Ensures daily bank deposit, petty cash float control and liquidation and making a daily sales report.
Responsible for Social Media Ads. (YouTube, OK.ru, Facebook, VKontakte.ru).
