- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
-Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Maintaining companies social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners by requesting bids and RFPs
- Evaluate emerging technologies by conducting researches and studies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Understanding sales contracts and track sales leads and clients' requests
- Arranging sales meetings
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Coordinating production of collateral and trade show displays, and preparing marketing materials for distribution

- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for any position assigned but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Checking references and on boarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Identifies passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising

- Monitor the social media channels Plan, design and produce the walk of legends event while managing all project delivery elements within time limits Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
-Organize facilities and manage all events’ details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material

-Testing: Register, monitor examines during exam through VUE systems.
-Indoor Marketing;Sales executive: give clients "Businesses or Students" information about the courses and register them. Prepare training offer & quotation. Respond to all customer inquiries via telephone and emails.
-Posters: Design the posters, catalogs, PowerPoint presentation slides for all marketing materials for IT Grammar.
-Social media: Advertise IT Grammar courses through social media, monitor & respond for all the questions.
-Accounting: Collecting the fees for the courses and exams, prepare invoices and receipts, access to deposit money in IT Grammar account, prepare accounting files for all the expenses and report it to the manager.
-Schedule and Attendance: prepare IT courses schedule, prepare the students' attendance sheets, issue the attendance certificate for students, distribute IT Grammar survey.

-Sales representative in Stationary.
-Cashier: in copy-center, Cafe, and Stationary.
-Prepare the end-of-day cash flow statement for the 3 stations in the copy-center.
