• participation in the official delegation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2019, as a result of which a Memorandum of Understanding was prepared and signed with the head of Saudi Aramco A. Nasser within the framework of the Saudi-Russian CEO Forum
• development of a strategy, preparation of a business plan, preparation of
a site for the opening of a Drilling Equipment Facility in Saudi Arabia
• conclusion of long-term contracts for the rental and sale of equipment with the top 2 world leaders of oilfield services: Schlumberger (Oman) and Halliburton (UAE), as well as with the largest regional players OilSERV (Iraq), Ray International (Oman)
• management of the project team at the ADNOC fields in the UAE (up
to 10 engineers): as a result of the works performed, 23 wells were drilled, core removal was 100%
• managing 80% of all foreign projects in the company's portfolio
• development of a strategy for the entry of the top-50 companies of the State of Qatar into the Russian market (areas: heavy industry, energy, oil and gas, agriculture, digital technologies, banking, finance, hotels, startups etc.)
• analysis of the Russian and Qatari markets to search for potential business opportunities, development of business, trade and investment ties
• preparation and evaluation of investment projects of Russian companies for presentation to private investors from Qatar
