Configure and maintain head-ends, VOD, STB’s etc. for clients and system integrators.
Trouble-shoot system problems, analyze system and application log files and interface with internal groups and partners on configurations and technical integration of content and services.
Responsible for configuring the Showcase and Development Head Ends to allow maximum flexibility and availability for both the Sales and Test Engineers.
Duties included customer Pre- and Post- Sales support. I developed capacity plans and cost estimates, trial demonstrations and Project Plans and schedules.
Maintaining all facilities and equipment needed by the digital video projects and daily operational support of internal engineering.
I coordinated on-site customer installations, including site surveys and planning, on-site hardware assembly, software integration.
Performed IPTV system integration at customer headend/Switch facilities.
Responsible for customer sales and satisfaction for company products.
