Started this Business working for a prominent figure in Bahrain in 2001, retailing high end fashion brands. responsible for selecting merchandise, planning the long-term buying strategy and negotiating contractual terms with suppliers (for example the price, delivery date, specific merchandise requirements etc.).
Managing the business development and the business in all its aspects.
Developed a strong presence in the market and ensured customer and staff retention. I was responsible for interpreting the trends of seasonal fashion by constantly being in contact with the market. The selection of styles is done in conformance with planned assortment requirements, unit and size breakdown requirements, quality and finishes and above all clients taste which I got to understand perfectly being in charge of sales as well as buying.
I played key roles in company development and reorganization.
I managed projects from design stage to completion, dealing with interior designer, contractors, property managers, etc.
I am in charge of revitalizing out of season products and restructuring the product mix.
I ensure that there is team chemistry within the company so that work is done much more efficiently.

Started the business with one of my fashion school friends and we have developed the business together and made our own designs, I was involved in the business from day one, including the selection of machinery, furniture, staff recruitement, selection of fabrics and accessories and marketing. we selected a prime location and we developed loyal clients in a very short period of time. this was due to our competitve prices and creative designs.
Fashion Design and Creation Profession: A Three-year program in Fashion Design and Pattern Making that offers, during the third year, a choice of the following six specializations: Women's wear, Men's wear, Children's wears, "New Couture", Lingerie and Accessories. TS Diploma graduates are accepted in the MBA program in France, England, Russia and Japan.
