• Staff salary, EOSB, allowances, loans etc for both Kitchen and Premier Lounge.
• Responsible for 23 Airlines ledger (Premier Lounge, AAFC), monthly Invoicing and sales reports etc.
• Weekly visit to Premier Lounge to check overall operations.
