Team Leadership: Built and managed talented teams of business analysts, programmers, developers and other specialists. Supervised up to 20 personnel for engagements & keeping stakeholders informed of progress and milestones.

Cost Optimization: Supported team in identifying optimization of licenses for major vendors to for the gaps and proposed enhancements to license management. Helped to optimize the yearly licensing cost to save around $3 M annually for the organization

Business Integration: Led integration planning projects support part of acquisition by parent company Tronox for systems, infrastructure processes and workflows

Program Manager (PMO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full time program for Business strategic, IT and tactical projects that includes engagement in multiple implementations with their own scope, budget and timelines
• Managing IT governance framework for controlling deliverable quality, enhancing Business & IT communication, ensuring closure of issues, validating fulfillment of action items
• Involved in Enterprise architecture design and strategy for the projects
• Conducting vendor selection, proof of concepts and following procurement life cycle
