Project detailing, installation, erection & commissioning of 2X600 Ton day Polymer Chips Plant by UHDE Inventa Fischer (UIF), with complete utilities, electrical & control system. Operation & maintenance of electrical power & utilities system including, IMCC, VFD, MCC, PCC, HT & LT panels, transformers, HT & LT breakers, motors, Responsible for Preventive, Predictive & Break down maintenance of Dornier make film plant, metallizer, continuous polymerization plant . ISO & 5S implementation & documentation of Central utility & electrical department.
Detailing, Inspection, Installation, erection & commissioning of electrical power & utilities system including, IMCC, VFD, MCC, PCC, HT & LT panels, transformers, HT & LT motors, Heaters, Cooling towers, Compressors, Thermic fluid heater, Tank farm, Pump house, Chillers, Fire hydrant, HVAC & AHU. Responsible for Preventive, Predictive & Break down maintenance of central utility system. ISO & 5S implementation & documentation of Central utility & electrical department.
Executing erection & commissioning of 33/0.433KV outdoor switch yard & electrical power distribution system. Detail engineering, FAT of panels, software’s & hardware’s at manufacturer works involving MCC, PCC, HT & LT panels, transformers, HT & LT motors, Cooling towers, Dryers Robotic palletizing, Pneumatic conveying, Nitrogen plant ASRS system & Compressors of fully automatic, semi automatic, manual controlled 500 crore green field project. Responsible for Preventive, Predictive & Break down maintenance of central utility system. ISO documentation of engineering department.
Executing erection & commissioning of 11/0.433KV substation, MCC, PCC, HT & LT panels, transformers, HT & LT motors, Cooling towers, Dryers, Compressors. Department activities to prevent downtime, Taking care of water air, steam, thermic fluid distribution of 5000 crore green field projects. Responsible for Preventive, Predictive & Break down maintenance of central utility system.
