1. Review of contractor’s Pre-qualification, Method statements, Material
Submittals, Test reports & Drawings.
2. Preparation & Review of Quality Plans, Method statements, Procedures
Inspection & Test Plans (ITP’s) and Inspection checklist.
3. Review submittals and Technical quarries submitted by contractor.
4. Responsible for the allocation, monitoring and performance evaluation for the Contractors QC
inspectors.
5. Responsible for coordinating with the QC inspectors for the daily Inspections and quality
surveillance reports.
6. Monitor and assure contractor’s compliance to all applicable Project’s
specifications and requirements.
7. Responsible for monitoring the contractors KPI’s.
8. Monitor and assure contractor’s compliance to all applicable Project’s specifications and requirements.
9. Review method statements, ITP, Quality Control Plans, procurement and other documentation for
system compliance.
10. Issue NCR for any Non-compliance against project requirement and ensure its closed with in
stipulated time by continuous follow up and escalation.
11. Identify Quality Training needs and prepare material for Quality Induction and
Training to be performed at site level.
12. Attend regular weekly Quality meetings involving Contractors’ and sub- contractors Senior
Quality Representatives for all quality issues.
13. Attend the periodic meetings with the project Company (Client Management)
Conducting Training Program to QC Engineers & Project Teams on Quality Concepts and its
Implementation.
14. Ensure Quality deliverable delivered up to the client satisfaction.
15. Ensure Inspection and test results are recorded and logged
16. Arrange required quality awareness seminars with the presentation to have a continual improvement.

3. Experience in the Inspection of all Civil and Architectural Works for Administrative Buildings, Control Buildings, Process Interface Buildings & Villas.
4. Responsible for all quality related Infrastructural & Transportation works such as Under Ground Utilities and Asphalt roads and highways and RCC road works.
5. Investigate root cause of nonconformities and review proposed corrective actions to prevent recurrence of Non-Conformities.
6. Responsible for analysis of repeated NCR's, CAR & PAR's
7. Responsible for preparing and updating of the Inspection Request tracking sheets for various activities based on the approved ITP's.
8. To initiate, monitor and control the corrective and preventive Action Requests issued during project audits and close off once found acceptable.
9. Determining with the PM's where improvements are required and where necessary, recommending corrective action.
10. Responsible for review of RFI log, NCR Log, Log Book Entries on daily basis and prepare and submit the Monthly Quality Management report to the Client.
11. Advice and assist Project Manager and all personnel with regard to QA/QC matters for all field of activities performed.
12. Prepare weekly and monthly QC report to be submitted to the Top managements.
13. Prepare detailed traceability record for the field inspection and material test reports.
14. Responsible for preparing and updating of the Concrete log and various tests log and timely submission of the test results to the consultant.

drawings and reviews of the drawings...
* Attending the weekly and monthly progress meeting and discussing about
the progress and future planning for completing the project…
