• Installation, Configuration, Testing & Troubleshooting Multivendor FTTC/FTTB Equipment (Huawei UA5000, Zhone ATM/IP MALC 319 & 719, Zhone ATM/IP Raptor)
• Operation & Maintenance of various residential services such as POTS, SIP, IPTV, Broadband Internet (8 Mbps over ADSL 2+) and business services (leased lines over SHDSL).
• Circuit provisioning & commissioning of DSL customers on Zhone, Huawei & Alcatel Lucent DSLAMs (MALC -319&719, Raptors, UA5000 & MRT) in IP-Ethernet(PPPoE) & ATM environment (PPPoA) encapsulation environment.
• Configuring FTTC Uplink ATM Switch, Ericsson (AXD-301).

• Creation, escalation & correspondence of Technical Survey Report (TSR), based on faults and issues registered against working equipment.
• Optimizing GPON/ FTTH network & formulation of consequent feasibility reports.
• Maintaining new Patches/SW up-gradation of respective FTTC & FTTH Nodes.
• Maintaining reports & forecasting network requirements with Layer-2 & Layer-3 Core Network divisions.
• Maintaining proposals & Implementation of OSS/BSS snags.
• Handling Multi-vendor latest NMS systems NetHorizon-ZMS, iManager-N2000 & U2000 for Zhone& Huawei Networks respectively.
• Routine troubleshooting & entertaining complaints and new Work/Service orders against Legacy (FTTC) & GPON (FTTH) Network.
