1. Lead the successful reassembly and transfer of Bakery plant.
2. Lead the Maintenance team in implementation maintenance requirements of Food Safety requirements as per BRC and ISO22000
3. Manage team of 20 maintenance technicians involved in maintenance of Silo System AMS KOHL, Reimelts System and Spiromatic, Mixers of AMF Oshikiri and Diosna.
4. Track daily downtime and analyze the route Cause analysis and reduced downtime.
5. Prepare and Work on Preventive Maintenance of each machine to enhance line productivity and to increase efficiency of machine
6. Manage workforce of 20 technicians and Assigned jobs as per each plant requirements.
7. Provide Gradation of technician as per there performance to The HR department.
8. Do installation of new machine As per plants requirement.

Hands on 8 years work experience in AMF bake tech line fully Automated from mixing to cooler.
Handling 20+ technicians all over the plant included utility also.
