•Responsible for maintaining customer account information and
machine population for targeting specific customers for sales and
promotions and tracking specific account and territory goals.
• Responsible to Promote all aspects of the Dealership, selling
machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements.
• Achieving targeted sales goals by 20+% on a regular basis.
• Sets up new accounts, established customer credit, and set up
payment methods.
• Helping out in preparation of Tenders bids documentation.
• Coordination with supply chain team to arrange parts from other
regions for timely delivery.
• Use to make a comparison report of cost & revenue for an individual
job.
• Providing Sales Assistance and product education, and after-sales
support services.
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and service agreements.
• Facilitate on-site sales presentations to existing and potential
customers.
• Use ideas of problem-solving to satisfy customer requirements.
