As a Software Solutions Specialist in Ovex Technologies, Islamabad.
Worked on SAP (Sales Module, and Software Procurement module), also have given technical support to customers.
(i have worked in Ovex Technologies for nearly 2 years. I was working on En Pointe Technologies project which is Computer hardware and software distributor company in USA. My major responsibilities were to procure software and computer hardware for customers in USA, and also to enter the data using SAP. Please let me know if there are any queries.)
Also provided customer with pre-sales support regarding Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec and other major software publishers.
Also to assist Account Executives in meeting the deadlines and to provide customer regarding any issues including pricing, ordering and RMA’s if any.
Major responsibilities also included to keep a check on my team and to ensure that we are providing a good service to our clients.
To maintain records of daily work and to arrange meetings with Managers to make the processes better and also to train new hires and double check there work while they are in probation.
As Customer support representative in Ufone Telecom PTML.
Worked with customers directly, to provide solutions to customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with te services.

Worked as an Assistant Electrical Engineer during my stay there i worked on PLC and Scada systems along with some minor electrical equipments.
Completed my Electronics Engineering in 2009 (PEC recognised)
Completed my Higher Secondary School in Pre-Engineering (Maths, Physics, Chemistry)
