• Presently worked on the (Jewel of Creek Project) Development of Group Hospitality Buildings Including Hotels, Apartments, Offices, Conference Center and 4 basement levels expanding from Floating bridge to Maktoum bridge.
• Manages all Engineering work issues related with MEP works.
• Provide Support to multi-disciplinary engineering team in execution of the project.
• Ensure all technical aspects of project are strictly complied with and in conformity with condition of contract, particular condition, specification, contract drawings & BOQ.
• Coordinating with other specialist contractor for engineering and execution like Acoustic Consultant, Seismic & Vibration, Controls & Instrumentation (BMS), District Cooling plant, Cooling tower, Chiller plant manager, Grey water treatment, Infrastructure contractor, water Filtration system, Chemical flushing, Steam boilers, Hot water boiler, Solar heating system, Testing and commissioning contractors, Marine specialist Contractors, landscape contractor, Steam and sauna Contractor for smooth flow of work.
• Raising RFI, preparing method statements related with technical queries, variation for additional scope of work etc.
• Accountable for entire MEP Engineering and Construction activities on site for the project.
• Submitted and got approval for more than 2000 MEP shop drawings.
• Raised More than 1000 RFI within a short span of time.
• Submitted more than 4000 As-built drawings.
* Development of new projects as per the directives of the client.
* Manage all phases of project from inception to completion.
* Managing Engineering works/Projects related to Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and fire alarm, electrical and low current system as per project scope, schedule, budget and quality.
* Prepare the periodic reports for management including budgets, variances/change claims, schedules, disputes and upcoming activities.
* Ensures the project is progressing as per agreed program control KPI’s and communicates/ report to the stakeholders as per the mile stone achieved in the project compared to planned project.
* Provides support to multi-discipline engineering team in Conceptual Studies, design etc.
* Identifies the project risk, mitigate the risk and prepares the contingency plan and apply the contingency plan as per the allocation.
* Prepares material requisitions for equipment / material.
* Conducts technical and commercial evaluation of bid for equipment / material selection and makes final recommendation.
* Highly skillful in carrying out design calculations as a tool for design checks by utilizing hand and computer software.
* Provides sound quality and expert solutions to problems presented by business unit or support team and meeting target date.
* Preparing Feasibility study for development of new projects.
* Managing Stakeholders as per project requirements.
* Review of Conceptual design / Basic design / Detailed Engineering on HVACs’, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, Fire alarm,
Electrical and low current system for projects under design and execution.
* Ensure all technical aspects of projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with conditions of contract, particular conditions, specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
* Coordinating with consultant for checking MEP services including shop drawings and coordinating with all government authorities
like Dewa, Dubai Civil Defence and DM as per the requirement of the project.
* Coordinate, manage and guide the consultants, contractor and subcontractors in order for smooth running of the project and on time completion of project as per the project and stakeholder’s
requirement.
* Coordinating with civil contractor to provide a clearance for civil works respect to the approved working program.
* To check the quality of work done as per the specification and design.
* To be part of asset management team by checking all the MEP services with required operation and maintenance manuals and closed out documents.
* Worked as a commissioning Head to witness the water balancing, air balancing, traverse reading for HVAC ducts, performance of LPG system, noise level checking for all occupied spaces, external
noise for all equipment’s, firefighting system, fire alarm system, structured cabling, lifts, L.V System, SMATV system, plumbing and drainage system & low current system etc.
* Preparation of Commissioning plans for the ongoing works.
* Ensuring the risks are identified and documented in the Risk register.
* Develop the strategy in coordination with site team including the projects manager, construction manager, facilities manager, etc.
* Lead the preparation of commissioning procedures and methods, assist in reviewing and monitor all recorded potential change orders.
* Manage the team progress in accordance with the commissioning program and budget allocated.

project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system
objectives, involving complex contracting applications.
* Supervising the team involved in execution like installation of
ducting & A/c equipment (AHU’s FCU’s, FAHU'S, Inline Fans,
roof centrifugal fans, air outlets & Pumps) and also plumbing,
drainage works and electrical works.
* Provides work orders for the site staff and prioritizes the tasks.
* Review of MEP construction program of works prepared by
planning engineer before onward submissions.
* Coordinating with authorities for drawing approval, to carry out
the work as per their requirement & to get the approval from
authorities for building services like water, electricity, telephone
and civil defense.
* Manage and coordinate with suppliers, material Request, etc.
Coordinate with engineer of other trades, consultants, Suppliers
and contractors to run the project smoothly.
* Review prepared estimates and Tendering Documents of projects
undertaken by the Company and submission of progress report to
the management.
* Responsible for project cash-flow management, progress billing,
collections support and monitoring and resource management.
* Support and mentor for Project Team.

* Approving and reviewing shop drawings, method statements for all
MEP services before submitting to consultant for approvals,
external static pressure calculations and pump head Calculation.
* Review daily and weekly project reports before forwarding the
same to main contractor.
* Reviewing valuations & variations claims prepared by quantity
surveyor for onward submission.
* Examines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk
analysis and developing risk mitigation plans. Ensures compliance
with internal contracting processes.
* Preparing contracts for the Subcontractors &certifying and
approving the work carried out by them.
* Certifying the payment for the work done by contractors.
* Checking As built drawing and other related closed out document
for handover.
* Manage and Coordinate with all other specialist subcontractor to
get the work done as per project requirement and authorities,
requirement especially firefighting and fire alarm, Telephone, Data
system, Intercom system, SMATV system, Lightning protection
system etc.
Handled HVAC systems (Split A/C units and Package units) of
capacity up to 650TR, preparing material request and work
program schedules.
* To supervise the installations of HVAC systems and network of
ducting.
* Attending appraisal meeting to clarify any disputes, if any,
selection of equipment like FCU, AHU etc., heat load calculation
manually as well as by HAP software and quantity take offs etc.
* Supervised layout and installation of ducting, chilled water piping,
A/c equipment (AHU’s FCU’s, VAV’s, Diffusers, Fans & pumps).
* Preparing material Submittals, material request, etc.
* Coordinate with engineer of other trades, consultants, Suppliers
and contractors to endure smooth run of the project.
* Preparing estimates (quantity take offs), and tendering Documents
of various projects undertaken by the Company, submit progress
report to the manager.
* Designing A/c loads ducts etc., Design and calculate Heat load,
piping, pump capacity etc. evaluate daily & weekly project
schedule. & supervising plumbing Work as per the requirement of
project.
