o Deployment/investments Strategic support including funding arrangements and financial modelling
o Investments Committee and Board of Directors meeting presentations
o Annual Portfolio budgeting/quarterly reforecasting
o Active business partnering with portfolio companies and execution of performance enhancement initiatives
o Monthly management presentation/pack covering Group’s Financial Performance and KPIs along with other non-financial KPIs
o Financial reporting to DFM/SCA as per the regulatory requirements
o Group monthly closing process, review of consolidation and financial statements

o Supervision and coaching junior staff members

o ERP management and IT enhancement projects
o Supervise and coach junior staff members
Responsibilities:
o Monthly management presentation/pack covering Group’s Financial Performance and KPIs along with other non-financial KPIs (Including cash flow forecasts)
o Active business partnering with subsidiaries and execution of performance enhancement initiatives
o Financial reporting to DFM/SCA as per the regulatory requirements
o Group monthly closing process, review of consolidations and financial statements
o Board meeting and Investor presentations
o ERP management and IT enhancement projects
Responsibilities:
o Monthly Management presentation/pack covering Group’s Financial Performance and KPIs along with other non-financial KPIs
o Active business partnering with subsidiaries and execution of performance enhancement initiatives
o Group monthly closing process, review of consolidations and financial statements
o Annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting (P&L and cash flows)
o Board meeting presentations
o ERP management and IT enhancement projects
o Special projects including business valuations. financial modelling and restructuring
o Supervise and coach junior staff members
Responsibilities:
o Performing audit procedures as per International standards on auditing (ISAs) on various clients ranging across the construction, Media and Hotel industries
o Reviewing client’s books and ensuring the
accounting complies with the international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

o Preparation of feasibility studies for various SME business Projects
o Other ad-hoc projects including presentations, financial models
