Designation - Senior Maintenance Engineer.

Plant Responsible for:- Bun Line (02), tortilla line, confectoinary and bread line, ice cone line.
Job Profile:-
1) Prepare and Work on Preventive Maintenance of each machine so as to enhance line productivity and to increase efficiency of machine.
2) Manage workforce of 30 technician and Assigned job to technicians as per each plant requirements. Provide Gradation of technician as per there performance to The HR department.
3) Track daily downtime and analyze the route Couse so as to reduce downtime.
4) Installed new m/c as per plant requirements.
5) Manage engineering spare parts and keep inventory at minimum level so as to reduce inventory carry cost.
6) Co-ordinate with purchase as well as procurement department for smooth operation and delivery of product on time.
7) Co-ordinate with quality department so as deliver the product as per quality norms as well as maintain GMP on shop floor as well as keep plant presentable so as it can be ready for 24*7 for any audit.
8) Develop new vendor to reduce R&M cost.
9) I am responsible for all BMS Maintenance so that keep plant in hygienic condition.

I am Responsible for Operation, Maintenance, and repair For following Equipment's.
1) SILO SYSTEM: - AMS KOHL AND REMILTS
2) MIXER: - AMF AND OSHIKIRI
3) MAKE UP BUN LINE: - AMF AND OSHIKIRI.
4) BREAD LINE: - APV MAHINERIES.
5) PROOFER: - BAKETECH.
6) PAN SHAKER&SEEDER: - BURFORD.
7) OVEN: - BAKETECH.
8) COOLER: - IJ AND WHITE.
9) BUN PACKING M/C: - LEMATIC AND ILLAPACK.
12) TORTILLA CHIPS M/C: - LAWRENCE EQUIPEMENT.
13) TORTILLA PACKING M/C:- GHD MACHINE
14) ICE CONE: - FRANCE HASS.
15) WAFFLE BISCUIT LINE: - FRANCE HASS.
16) SMART LINE: - SEEWER RONDO (Confectionary line equipment)
17) MAMOUL BISCUIT LINE: - HUNDRED MACHINERIES.

I am Responsible for preventive as well as breakdown Maintenance of following utility equipment's.

3) REFRIGERATION CHILLER PLANT: - SABROE UNIT.
