As co-founder and Projects Head, I drive strategic initiatives and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals. In my role, I've consistently been responsible for handling the various spectrum of activities in government power plant (NTPC Ramagundam), which encompasses erection, installation, material procurement, material shifting and inspection of systems. I also take on the crucial role of dealing with manpower, ensuring teams are organized and efficient while continuously monitoring the quality of on-site work to meet and exceed industry standards.

Here at SAS constructions, my primary responsibilities were to inspect the material arrived at site in accordance with the requirements of the project specifications, standards and approved material list. I was also responsible to keep the track of work and report to the Project Engineer & Managers if the work was not s per work schedule. Additionally, I was handed the responsibility of ensuring the installation activities are performed in compliance with the specification.
