Gold’s Gym International, the largest international gym chain in the world, recognized for its passion, heritage and experience as the final authority in fitness is a member of the Al Ahli Holding Group with 21 locations in the UAE. Started working as a receptionist, now I serve as an admin support staff, handling office services, administrative document controlling, database management and updates.
Duties:

 Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations

 Maintains customer records by updating account information.

 Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
 Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
