Gold’s Gym International, the largest international gym chain in the world, recognized for its passion, heritage and experience as the final authority in fitness is a member of the Al Ahli Holding Group with 21 locations in the UAE. Started working as a receptionist, now I serve as an admin support staff, handling office services, administrative document controlling, database management and updates.
Duties:
Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
on projects and coordinating the efforts of the design and production teams to
get across the message of our clients to their target audience.
Duties:
Coordinating advertising campaigns and ensuring they are completed on time
and within budget.
Meeting with clients and understanding their needs, aims and objectives.
Billing and invoicing clients.
Keeping client records up to date and accurate.
Working closely with advertising agencies.
Reporting regularly to senior manager on progress or problems.
