Attending meetings/briefings discussing assigned work positions, sharing information about flight details, schedules and any special requirements. Working as part of a team to ensure the work ethos and standards are met accordingly to company policy.
Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all meals, drinks and stock are on board so that everything meets standards.
Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.
Informing fliers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
Making announcements on command of the pilot and answering customer queries during the flight.
Selling duty-free goods in order to maximise company sales.
Advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination.
Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.
Giving first aid where necessary and handling any medical emergencies safely and efficiently in liaison with available medical help.
Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items on board.
Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report.

Welcoming customers as well as reps and visitors.
Entering membership information into the internal database efficiently.
Advising customers on current deals/promotions available in-store.
Answering customer queries.
Making/taking calls.
Clerical duties: faxing, filing, photocopying, emails, sorting post.
Taking customer orders.
Dealing with customer complaints.
Taking appropriate security measures in regards to unauthorised entry into the branch and the entry of children under the age of 12 years.
Creating Posters to advice customers on deals and promotions available.
Updating customer invoice breakdowns.
Making purchase orders.
Setting up staff and customer meetings.
Working in liaison with other branches as well as reps and contractors.
