•Oversaw and facilitated Unit Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and Regression Testing.
•Facilitated change requests pre and post country go-lives.
•Organised Kronos Version Upgrade Regression Testing throughout the three project iterations.
•Adhered to TKMaxx Design Methodologies, Security Framework and GDPR requirements.
•Instrumental in Root Cause Analysis to identify why the two previous attempts had failed.
Oversaw all analysis and design to bring APAC entities in to Wood Group’s worldwide single Ebusiness Suite solution: -

• Evaluated and judged value for money of the deliverables within the contractual obligations.
• Produced a detailed report detailing estimate effort of deliverables vs. actuals billed for.
• Identified overspend and recommended governance steps for future work carried out by 3rd parties.
• Particular focus needed on soft skills in this adversarial environment.
