I am now responsible to manage individual sales portfolio of key travel partner accounts. Implementing and monitoring sales strategies in the territory in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share is one of the key aspects of this job role. In cooperation with Sales Management, I have to analyse and evaluate performance figures in order to achieve sales targets at optimal margins. I provide Sales Management with analysis of internal and external information in order to evaluate business potential for existing accounts and new customers and to adapt commercial strategies accordingly. My recommendations in sales and promotional action plans are taken into consideration by the Manager based on market needs and feedback, which subsequently assist in designing and developing sales and marketing strategies for the territory.
