-Desc : Integration with the soft phone system(IVR), effectively record complains and monitor the performance of staff by dashboard.

-Desc : retrieve “Mobawaba” sms-Ads messages (from DB:table/ftp:txt files) then categorize them upon specific criteria from different branch in Oracle database to be published in newspaper.
